HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may check the progress of your order on the Track My Order page. You will receive an email notification containing tracking info when your order has been shipped.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

The following payment methods are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal. All payments are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption for secure ordering.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow for up to 1 to 5 business days after ordering for it to be processed. During special holidays, orders may take longer to be processed.

Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday – Friday. Please expect up to 5 to 20 business days for final delivery. Sometimes orders may arrive later than expected due to COVID, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?

To better serve our worldwide customers, we have distribution centers around the world. If you ordered multiple different products, your order may arrive in separate shipments. We partner directly with manufacturers to ship them directly to our customers, so we can pass on the savings to you!

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

Most orders within the United States will be delivered via USPS. Please check the mailbox or front door for your package. For other countries, please refer to the following:

  • UNITED STATES – USPS, Fedex, UPS
  • CANADA – Canada Post
  • UNITED KINGDOM – Royal Mail
  • AUSTRALIA – Australia Post

WILL CUSTOMS DUTIES & FEES BE ASSESSED?

If a custom duty tax is assessed by your country, customers will be responsible for the customs fee. Import taxes and customs fees may be charged depending on your local customs office.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide to over 52+ countries. If for any reason we cannot ship to your country due to logistics issues, we will refund your order and notify you via email.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us within 3 days from date of delivery. Click here to view our refund policy.

Refund requests after the 3-day period cannot be honored. For your refund to be processed, you will be responsible for returning the item in its original condition.

Your payment method will be credited back after we receive your returned item. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. It may typically take up to 5-10 business days for your account to be credited. Contact your bank to find out how long it takes for refunds to be posted.

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

All customer information that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not share, rent or sell your personal information.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

At this time, we can only process orders online through our website. We cannot process payments over the phone due to potential security issues. Orders placed online are secure and all data encrypted with AES 256-bit SSL.
